SMART™ integrates painlessly into a Publisher’s content server through standard XML feeds and enables text, data, images, audio and video across multiple smart phone operating systems

Polar Mobile does custom integration between SMART™ and a Publisher’s back-end content system to receive content feeds through XML (RSS 2.0) format. Upon receiving the content feeds into SMART™, the information is converted into Polar’s proprietary XML markup that is optimized for push delivery to the smart phone applications. Content delivery is done in an automated fashion once integration is complete, requiring no on-going manual intervention by a Publisher or Polar to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the various mobile handsets including BlackBerry, iPhone, and Android.

SMART™ supports a gamut of media types including text, images, interactive video and audio. Polar will integrate directly into third-party data providers to syndicate information such as sports scores, financial data, weather, user authentication and video.
