Advertising
Advertiser shall indemnify, defend and hold Polar harmless from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses and claims, which may be suffered by Polar, arising out of a claim that the advertisements infringe or misappropriates any patent, copyright or other proprietary right. In no event will Polar be liable to site for any damages or any losses whatsoever. Advertiser Insertion Order accompanied by the IAB standard Terms and conditions (http://www.iab.net/media/file/standards _termsandcond2.pdf) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by Polar Mobile, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the sites and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive.
